Ordering & Delivery
How do I place an order?
Pick a product, choose your size using the cm size chart on the product page, add it to the cart and check out with your name, phone number and delivery address. We may call you to confirm the order. You pay in cash when the parcel arrives.
Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?
Yes. We deliver all over Bangladesh through our courier partner, currently Pathao, with Cash on Delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 2–3 days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 days.
What is the delivery charge?
Inside Dhaka ৳80, Sub-Dhaka ৳130, outside Dhaka ৳150. Delivery is free on orders over ৳4999, to every area.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No. Cash on Delivery is available everywhere in Bangladesh and no advance payment is needed.
Can I check the shoes before paying?
Yes. When the rider arrives, open the parcel and check the shoes in front of the rider. If everything is correct, you accept it and pay.
Size, Exchange & Support
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page has a size chart with the inner length of each size in centimetres and the matching age. Measure your child’s foot from the heel to the longest toe, add 0.5–1 cm, and choose the size with that inner length.
Can I exchange the shoes?
Yes. Size exchange is available within 30 days. The shoes must be unused, clean and in the original box. You can also ask for an exchange when the rider delivers the parcel, if the size or colour is not right.
Who pays the delivery charge for an exchange?
If you want to change the size or colour, you pay the delivery charge and hand the parcel to the rider, and we send the replacement. If we sent the wrong or a damaged product, we bear the delivery cost.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
Tell us immediately, ideally while the rider is with you, by phone or WhatsApp on 01903500650. We will replace it at our cost.
Do you give refunds?
Our first option is always an exchange or replacement. We refund the amount paid only if we sent a wrong, damaged or defective item and an exchange is not possible, or if the product you ordered is not available. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Once we receive and check the item, we pay the refund within 7 working days by cash, bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. We cannot refund for a change of mind or for shoes that have been worn or washed.
